This is the main page for the photos related to Chuckanut Sport Car Club (CSCC)
taken by Miles Photography. Miles Photography is neither affiliated with
nor contracted with CSCC. Photos were taken at CSCC events by Thomas and
or Kristin Miles. CSCC is not responsible for anything found within this
webpage, site, or anything related to Miles Photography. There is no guarantee
that Miles Photography will capture your car. We will try our best to
photograph all cars however this may be difficult due to grid order and when we
are on course. At any time at any event if you wish to have us photograph your
car please contact Thomas or Kristin Miles and we will try our best to
accommodate that request. All images captured at any event are subject to
review by Miles Photography and will be deemed usable or not at a later time.
All original copies of images posted online have been deemed high enough quality to print up to
11x14 or larger.
LICENSE PLATES:
All license plates have been, crudely, erased for web purposes only. Any
images you wish to purchase, being the owner of the vehicle in which is the
subject, will not have erased license plates. In order to purchase images
without erased license plates you MUST include your license plate number within
the purchase. If it is not given and/or matched then we will continue a
conversation through email. Photos of vehicles where no license plate is present
and images of people are not subject to requirement of including the license
plate number of your car.
COPYRIGHTS:
Please see our copyrights page for additional information. Miles
Photography is willing to give low quality, low resolution, watermarked images
with crudely erased license plates to any CSCC participants who ask. These
may be used for online purposes only -- which include online forums, personal
web pages/sites, Facebook, Myspace, and the like. Any image used online
MUST AT ALL TIMES include the watermark in the lower right hand corner.
Business use is strictly prohibited for use of these low quality images.
Printing of these low quality images will result in low quality prints and Miles
Photography is not responsible for any cost of prints made from said low quality
images. What does this mean? Don't print them, they'll look bad, we
aren't responsible and do not give copyright release to do so.
Regarding Insurance companies: No auto insurance company, including
persons acting or working for an auto insurance company, has any right to use
any image found within this section of the website unless explicit permission is
granted by Miles Photography and, if required, the owner of any vehicle(s) in
said image(s). Any use of any image within galleries listed below will be
subject to current Federal Copyright laws including any and all punishment(s)
associated with breaking said Federal Copyright laws.
Purchasing images.
At this time we will be giving low-price, full resolution, un-watermarked images
for personal use including printing. All purchases will include a
copyright so you can print at the location of your choice. Business use please
contact us before purchasing any
images. Any prints requested from Miles Photography will be subject to the
full cost of prints found on our pricing page. Prices below include
associated PayPal fees. Any purchases made with a debit/credit card must
be made through PayPal. Payments can be made to

will be delivered electronically in their full size. Many images may be
over 10MB each so make sure your email inbox can handle that size of an image.
If you require a CD or DVD with the image(s) and copyright please add a $5.00
charge for materials and shipping.
